When you start to look at all of the options that are available to you that will help you to get in shape and stay in shape when you are living in Florida, you’re going to find that you are able to take advantage of a wide variety of opportunities. Whether you’re looking to run on the beach, to get involved in intramural sports or to work out at a local gym, you’ll have options. Of course, from time to time, the opportunity to give something back while you are getting fit.

(source) The American Lung Association of Florida will have its first competitive stair climb – Climb Jacksonville – on Feb. 7 in the 42-floor Bank of America Tower, 50 N. Laura St.
Beginner to advanced athletes will have the opportunity to train for and compete in an extreme challenge and to get and stay healthy.
Registered stair-climb participants can practice on designated days in the tower, the tallest building in Jacksonville.
